Start with 1–2 hours daily, then increase wear time gradually as your foot adapts. Keep tension moderate, remove the brace if you feel sharp pain or numbness, and check your skin for irritation. Keep your foot and the brace clean and dry, and avoid high heels and narrow-toed shoes while using it.
